I was going to set my 18m kite up as the wind was only about 10 knots, but it seemed to be picking up so i set up my 11m Wipika instead. There was loads of people around, but I was first ou on the water and only just powered up with the kite. I still had a nice time just cruising in the sunshine.

The wind then dropped even more again, so I set up my 18m kite and had a play with that, I went out on the water with it, but the wind had dropped off so much that I wasn't powered up enough even with that.

It then started picking up properly though, so I packed up my 18m and was doing to go back to the 11m, but by then there was too much for that as well so it was time to go windsurfing.

Not too bad though. I haven't got to grips with the big kite yet, and it seems a little unstable in the air, but I'll get the hang of it in the end. Good to see so mnay people out enjoying themselves as well.
